Coronavirus Update

The Multiple Sclerosis Society (MSS) has made the decision to suspend all home visits, and has said that these should not happen throughout their local groups or commissioned services.
SAMS cannot, therefore, come and see anyone living in one of the commissioned areas* face-to-face in the immediate future. However, there is a fair amount of support and assistance that can be given by telephone, email or Skype.
Anyone who had an Assessment or an Appeal scheduled to take place during the next few weeks has already been contacted, but if you would like to discuss anything further, please get in touch.
Contact details are:
ray@samscic.uk sandra@samscic.uk
07986 514 513 07910 285 038
If you can use a Skype address, this would give you the nearest to a face-to-face situation that can be managed under the current circumstances! You can contact Skype at SAMS by using sandra@samscic.uk.
In addition, if anyone has lost their job or means of employment because of the Coronavirus, they are likely to be eligible for out-of-work benefits. If you are in this position, do get in touch.
